Proposal Requests – What to Expect

Our goal is to give you clear, accurate pricing and a smooth experience from the start. A little information up front helps us understand your project and avoid surprises later.

Photos & Project Details

Please include clear photos of the existing area, along with photos or links to any fixtures or materials you’d like us to install. If applicable, reference photos of the desired finished look are also helpful.
The more information you provide, the better we can prepare an accurate proposal.

How Estimates Work

Your proposal will be an estimate based on the photos and details provided. Occasionally, conditions aren’t visible until work begins. If anything unexpected comes up that may affect the price, we’ll discuss it with you right away before moving forward.

Scheduling, Deposits & Service Charges

A payment or deposit is required at the time of scheduling.
All visits to the project site include a $129 service charge, which covers travel and the first hour of labor.* 

Our focus is on quality work, honest communication, and making the process easy and stress-free.

We typically respond to requests within 2–3 business days via the email you provide. If additional information is needed, we will contact you at the phone number you provide. Please include any times when you are available or unavailable in your request. Requests with incomplete or inaccurate information may not be processed if we are unable to reach you for clarification.

How soon do you need the project completed?

*Emergency Service Notice:
We handle emergency safety and security concerns, including property stabilization, securing doors and windows and safety issues. Emergency service fees apply.

PLEASE NOTE: For plumbing, electrical, or other specialty trade emergencies, please contact a licensed technician in the appropriate field.
